In order to offer a finished product, we can carry out Heat Treatment before welding or post welding heat treatment) and Surface Treatment / Sandblasting, for any piece in carbon, alloy or stainless steel.
Operations & Services:
- Heat Treatment furnace for Stress Relieving,
- Gas Furnace (temperature up to 1000°C) able to handle size up to 4 x 4 x 4 meters and weight up to 20 tons,
- Automatic control with nr. 12 thermocouple, Data recording,
- Localized Post Welding Heat Treatment machine having automatic Data recording and Electric Resistances,
- Sandblasting: manual sandblasting for sizes up to 4 x 4 x 7 meters . 2 sandblasting machine with different type of abrasive. Possible also partial or localized sandblasting.
